Baja Shrimp Recipe

This Baja Shrimp Recipe can be used to marinade chicken, shrimp, or salmon. You can buy the dry Baja Citrus Marinade at your local grocery store where the dry package marinades are usually located.

Baja Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Grill Mates Baja Citrus Marinade
  • 2 lbs shrimp (I use jumbo shrimp deveined and shells removed)
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar

Directions

  • Put shrimp in a large Ziploc freezer bag, add marinade.
  • Add 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.
  • Add 2 tbsp water.
  • Add 2 tbsp white vinegar.
  • Ziploc bag and mix well.
  • Let marinade in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, the longer it marinades, the better it will taste.
  • Cook on the Barbecue or in the broiler for about 12-15 minutes. Shrimp is done when it turns an orange-red color.

This is an excellent recipe to serve as a side or as a main dish.

Enjoy!

I loooooove shrimp, especially if it’s marinated the way you just posted. Can’t get better than that.
