Breaded Chicken Cutlet Recipe
This tasty and filling recipe leaves no taste bud out in the cold. Breaded Chicken Cutlet is one of my husband’s favorites, but it’s a special treat for him as he only eats it once in a while, because it’s fried. I am sure you and your family will love this dish. If you have leftovers, you can make chicken cutlet sandwiches.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of chicken breast cut thin (1/4 of an inch thick)
- Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- Skim Milk
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- Add 2 eggs and a splash of skim milk into a saucer and mix.
- In a separate dish, add bread crumbs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper (If you have to add more bread crumbs, include a sprinkle of garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Dip chicken cutlets in egg mix.
- Dip chicken cutlet in bread crumbs on each side and set on a separate dish.
- Add enough Olive Oil to cover frying pan surface.
- Set heat at medium.
- Add cutlet and fry until golden brown and set aside on a dish with couple of paper towels on the bottom to soak up leftover oil.
