This tasty and filling recipe leaves no taste bud out in the cold. Breaded Chicken Cutlet is one of my husband’s favorites, but it’s a special treat for him as he only eats it once in a while, because it’s fried. I am sure you and your family will love this dish. If you have leftovers, you can make chicken cutlet sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of chicken breast cut thin (1/4 of an inch thick)
  • Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • Skim Milk
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  • Add 2 eggs and a splash of skim milk into a saucer and mix.
  • In a separate dish, add bread crumbs, garlic powder, and salt and pepper (If you have to add more bread crumbs, include a sprinkle of garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Dip chicken cutlets in egg mix.
  • Dip chicken cutlet in bread crumbs on each side and set on a separate dish.
  • Add enough Olive Oil to cover frying pan surface.
  • Set heat at medium.
  • Add cutlet and fry until golden brown and set aside on a dish with couple of paper towels on the bottom to soak up leftover oil.

This recipe serves 4 to 6 adults.
