Chicken Salad Recipe
This Chicken Salad Recipe goes great on your favorite bread. I prefer French bread or Jewish Rye. It’s a healthy, easy to make, and delicious. If you bag lunch everyday for work or school, this will certainly be a great choice.
Ingredients
- 2-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (depending on how much you want)
- 1/4 – 1/2 of a yellow onion chopped
- 4-5 sprigs dill finely chopped
- 1-2 tbsp light mayo
- 1-2 pieces celery finely chopped
- Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
Directions
- Boil the chicken until fully cooked.
- Let cool and finely chop (I use my food processor, it works great).
- Add in all remaining ingredients, and mix well.
This makes a great sandwich, or for something different, spread it on crackers or pita chips.
