Deviled Eggs Recipe

There’s one thing about Deviled Eggs, you rarely have leftovers. This Deviled Eggs Recipe, like many here, is easy to prepare and cook. It’s a great appetizer for any occasion.

Deviled Eggs Recipe

Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 dozen large eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon cooked crispy and chopped
  • 1/4 onion chopped
  • 1 to 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • Paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Directions

  • Boil eggs for 20 minutes.
  • Cook bacon and sauté onions in bacon grease.
  • Peel eggs and empty yolks in a bowl.
  • Cut Eggs whites in half.
  • Add bacon, onions, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix in bowl.
  • Scope and fill eggs with ingredients.
  • Sprinkle a little Paprika on each egg.

    These look just like the ones my mother used to make. Thanks so much for posting this recipe. I’ve never made them because I couldn’t remember how she did it. Growing up on a farm, we always had lots of eggs, so she made them for all occasions. thanks again

    I also grew up on a farm so we had plenty of eggs. These days, I live in the city and don’t really eat eggs much. I was looking for some simple appetizers for a small gathering I’m having. I think deviled eggs are just the thing. Thanks for sharing. It looks delicious!
