Garlic and Herb Roasted Potatoes with Chicken Marsala

Garlic and Herb Roasted Potatoes with Chicken Marsala

Ingredients

  • 4-5 red potatoes cut in quarters
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp rosemary
  • 4-5 garlic gloves peeled and sliced in half long ways
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • In a large Ziploc freezer bag add all ingredients, zip bag tightly, and shake to make sure the potatoes are well coated.

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Remove and spread ingredients in an oven safe dish and cook uncovered for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.

This recipe goes great with your favorite meat recipe.
