Garlic and Herb Roasted Potato Recipe
Delicious is how I would describe this Garlic and Herb Roasted Potato recipe. Don’t take my word for it, just try it for yourself. It’s a wonderful side dish that goes well with chicken, beef or pork.
Ingredients
- 4-5 red potatoes cut in quarters
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 4-5 garlic gloves peeled and sliced in half long ways
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large Ziploc freezer bag add all ingredients, zip bag tightly, and shake to make sure the potatoes are well coated.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Remove and spread ingredients in an oven safe dish and cook uncovered for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
This recipe goes great with your favorite meat recipe.
