Pasta with Veggies in a Garlic Butter Sauce
The name says it all and this Pasta recipe is very satisfying, healthy and easy to make. The garlic butter sauce is made with fat free butter spray and your taste buds will not know the difference.
Ingredients
- 1 box angel hair pasta (or any pasta you prefer) I use DreamField brand
- 1/2 a cup fat free spray butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic sliced
- 1 red pepper sliced
- 1/2 -1 zucchini sliced
- 1/8 cup of Parmesan cheese
- 1 small head of broccoli (I cut off the stems and only use the head of the broccoli) if they are big pieces cut them in half
Directions
- In a frying pan add the butter, garlic and all the veggies.
- Saute until they are cooked.
- Cook the pasta as per the directions on the box.
- Strain pasta well.
- Put pasta and veggies with butter in a large bowl and mix well.
- Mix in Parmesan cheese and serve.
It’s light and taste delicious!
